Organizational Coach Training

With Goal Imagery® Coach Training you will:

  • Receive world-class live, 100% hands-on and 100% supervised training available in a variety of flexible formats, including virtual, teleclasses and on-site intensives
  • Learn and practice all core coaching competency skills according to ICF (International Coach Federation) standards and requirements
  • Integrate your new coaching skills with your skills as an HR professional
  • Grow personally and professionally by experiencing coaching, as you coach each other throughout this course (under supervision)
  • Work on real coaching cases and observe demonstrations
  • Learn a variety of coaching techniques, including: traditional coaching, behavioral change coaching; neuro-linguistic (NLP) coaching;  brain-based coaching; Positive Psychology coaching, EQ coaching, and Goal Imagery® coaching

Upon successful completion of this course, you will learn how to:

  • Work within the theories and frameworks established by the coaching industry
  • Use various techniques to engage people in a coaching dialogue
  • Effectively structure coaching conversations
  • Deepen an individual’s self-awareness to promote greater accountability
  • Develop coaching language specific to HR management applications
  • Apply what you learned in this course to real-world HR situations

 

 Created and taught by Marianna Lead, Ph.D. – The first coach invited to introduce coaching at the world-renowned Smithsonian Institution in a day-long presentation, Dr. Lead has designed numerous courses for New York University’s School of Continuing & Professional Studies and has taught Coaching Skills at NYU’s Masters Degree Program in Leadership and Human Capital Management, as well as NYU’s Coaching Certificate Program. A Transformational Coach and Founder of the Goal Imagery® Institute, Marianna Lead, PCC, PhD, has been twice-elected president of ICF-NYC Chapter. Currently she serves on ICF (International Coach Federation) global marketing committee and an ICF Credentialing Examination Assessor.
