Coaching sessions offer the opportunity for clients to examine their current behaviors, habits, and patterns, find clarity, reevaluate assumptions and experiences, gain fresh perspectives and enhance their skills and abilities.
The coach’s role involves, but is not limited to:
- being a thinking partner
- providing reflective feedback and asking questions to create more awareness
- acting as a co-creator for ideas generation, strategies, and solutions
- being a confidant who deeply listens, clarifies, challenges, and provides another perspective
- co-creating a plan to track and evaluate success/progress
