Founded in 2005 by Marianna Lead, the Goal Imagery® Coaching Academy provides a comprehensive, holistic learning environment that harnesses the subconscious power of emotions and imagination. This approach helps individuals and organizations reach their goals more efficiently.

In 2008, the program earned full accreditation and approval from the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Hands-On Learning

Students receive coaching weekly throughout the course to accelerate their learning and develop confidence in their skills. They coach other students and volunteer clients, building a solid coaching foundation infused with ICF core competencies.

This hands-on approach supports a deep understanding of today’s coaching competencies and forms the basis of both the Goal Imagery® Holistic Coach Training Examination and the ICF Credentialing Process Examination.

Meet Our Esteemed Coaches

Marianna Lead, MCC

Marianna Lead is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the visionary founder and Executive Director of Goal Imagery^® Coaching Academy and its International School of Coaching Mastery™. She has twice served as president of the ICF’s New York City chapter (ICF-NYC) and has been an ICF Credentialing Examination Assessor since 2008.

Marianna also created a popular LinkedIn group, “ICF Coach Mentors and Mentees”, which has over 10,000 members.

As an instructional designer and educator, Marianna has designed numerous curriculums, including the “Competitive Advantages of Women in Leadership” program for Columbia University. Her clients range from Fortune 500 companies to nonprofits and government agencies.

Allexis Tuccio, MCC

Allexis Tuccio is a Master Certified Coach with the ICF. She has a national reputation in sales and marketing, coaching executives at companies like Samsung, Apple, AT&T, and Verizon.

In her role as Regional Manager for Zagg, Inc., she significantly increased Samsung’s market share through training and educating sales representatives. She has been a spokesperson for Samsung North America, appearing on Fox5 Business and CNET. Allexis joined the academy in 2018 as VP of Sales, Marketing, and Training.

Her humor and dynamic presentation style make learning enjoyable.

John M. Ward, Jr., PCC

John M. Ward, Jr. has over 20 years of coaching and mentoring rising leaders around professional development goals.

His experience includes more than a decade of mentoring mid-level managers in team building and relationship management.

He has been recognized for his excellence in management and client satisfaction.

Mareike Walter Paschkowski, PCC

Mareike Walter Paschkowski is a Professional Certified Coach and ICF Mentor Coach.

She has a strong background in transport, logistics, and consulting, leading training programs for the academy in Germany.

Her coaching values of challenge and change support her clients in achieving their goals.

Andre Ribeiro, MCC

Andre Ribeiro is a Master Certified Coach with the ICF and Senior Practitioner by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

His corporate background includes developing international businesses in e-commerce, travel, and online marketing, and he has served as Director of Communications at a Nasdaq-listed company.

Andre brings 20 years of experience coaching teams and organizations to the academy.

Eduardo Villegas PCC, ICF Assessor

Eduardo Villegas, an ICF-certified coach with over 25 years of experience, has worked across Latin America, Asia, and the US, managing regional and global teams at multinational companies. His coaching blends techniques, career mentoring, and leadership training to help leaders achieve their best while maintaining family and personal priorities.

Eduardo’s expansive coaching method involves weekly one-hour sessions where leaders identify and remove limiting beliefs to expand their vision and leadership skills naturally. His Exceptional Leadership Workshops provide practical, transformational experiences that help leaders inspire their teams and focus on what matters most.

Mohamed Hamza, PCC

Mohamed Hamza is an international leadership development expert and coach who has worked across the GCC, Europe, and Africa.

He manages the coaching business line in Elm, a leading organization in coaching and leadership development services, and is Training Director, Middle East, for the academy.

Sofia Denel, Ехecutive Coach ICF & Business owner mentor

Sofia Denel, Executive Coach ICF & Business Owner Mentor

Sofia Denel has over 18 years of experience as a business trainer and mentor, conducting more than 2,000 training sessions and webinars to help over 20,000 individuals worldwide. She founded DenelCoach in Germany in 2021 and has since guided over 160 business clients across 50 industries, with two clients achieving multi-million-euro revenues.

Certified as an ICF Transformational Coach, Sofia completed a year-long program at an Goal Imagery® Coaching Academy. She specializes in guiding market leaders, top executives, and notable bloggers in Europe and America to launch and scale their projects effectively while minimizing financial risks.

Sofia focuses on strategy and identifying limiting beliefs that hold clients back. Her clients highly recommend her, with 90% extending their coaching contracts or returning for new outcomes.

Elmostafa Aissaoui, ICF PCC C

Elmostafa Aissaoui, an Executive and Leadership Certified Professional Coach, helps leaders and teams achieve their goals and enhance performance. He empowers individuals to uncover their authentic selves, make fulfilling choices, and develop strategies that enhance motivation and accountability.
