Holistic Life, Career & Executive Coach Training™
Each class meets weekly on the same day of the week and time as the initial start date for the duration of the course. All Level 1-3 courses are taught weekly in 2.5-hour lessons. Team Coaching course is taught weekly in 3-hour lessons. Please choose one entry for the day/time of your training.

Here, we’ve answered some of the most common questions to help you better understand how our academy works and what you can expect from our holistic coaching programs.
What Learning Materials Are Provided?
You will be invited to the Goal Imagery® Coaching Academy’s Online Learning Portal, which contains all your learning materials and resources. As an alumnus, you will have lifetime access to our growing body of materials and resources, ensuring you always have the tools you need for continuous learning.
What Happens If I Miss a Lesson?
All our lessons are recorded, so you can catch up if you miss a class. However, to maintain your eligibility for GICA & ICF certifications, you may need to make up the missed class live with another group.
What Are the Policies on Withdrawals and Refunds?
- Before Course Start:
If you withdraw 10 days or less before the course starts, the school will retain 25% of the course tuition. This 25% can be credited towards the same course within the next 2 years. - After Course Start:
The tuition is non-transferable after the classes commence. The school will retain a percentage of the tuition based on the amount of training completed as outlined in the following table:

To withdraw, you must provide a written notice to the Director, including your expected last date of attendance. Refunds will be processed within thirty calendar days of your official termination date, except for delays caused by billing disputes.
Can I Receive Additional Coach Mentoring?
Yes, in addition to our regular certification courses, you can receive individual and group mentoring from our Master Certified Coaches & ICF Assessors. You’ll get MP3 recordings of your coaching sessions, complete with detailed feedback on ICF core competencies. You’ll also receive step-by-step guidance and forms for the ICF application and credentialing process.
How Can I Access the Online Learning Portal?
After enrollment, you will receive access details to the Goal Imagery® Coaching Academy’s Online Learning Portal, where you can find all course materials, resources, and recorded sessions.
What Support Is Available During the Course?
Throughout the program, you’ll have access to support from instructors and fellow students. This includes group discussions, Q&A sessions, and access to additional mentoring services to enhance your learning experience.
What If I Need to Pause My Training?
If you need to pause your training for any reason, please contact the school Director to discuss your situation. We aim to provide flexible solutions to help you continue your coaching journey at a pace that suits you.
