1. General Information
By enrolling in a course with Goal Imagery® Coaching Academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the rules and regulations for participation in our courses, as well as the use of our online resources.
2. Learning Materials
All registered students will be invited to access the Goal Imagery® Coaching Academy’s Online Learning Portal, where all learning materials and resources are available. Alumni will have lifetime access to our growing body of materials and resources for continuous learning.
3. Payment Methods and Plans
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Credit card / Debit card
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- Stripe
- PayPal
For students who require a payment plan, this option may be discussed during an individual consultation. Payment plans are offered on a case-by-case basis, and terms will be agreed upon with the student prior to the course start date.
4. Course Changes
If you wish to change the course you are enrolled in, this must be discussed and approved during an individual consultation. Course changes are considered on a case-by-case basis, and approval is not guaranteed.
5. Missed Lessons
All lessons are recorded and made available to students in case they miss a class. However, to maintain eligibility for Goal Imagery® Coaching Academy (GICA) and International Coaching Federation (ICF) certifications, you may need to attend a live make-up class with another group.
6. Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Before Course Start:
If you choose to withdraw 10 days or less before the course start date, 25% of the course tuition will be retained. This amount can be credited towards the same course within the next two years.
After Course Start:
Once classes have commenced, the tuition is non-transferable. The percentage of tuition retained depends on the amount of training completed, as outlined below:

To withdraw, you must provide written notice to the Director of the academy, including the expected last date of attendance. All refunds will be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of the official termination date, except in cases of billing disputes (e.g., chargeback processes initiated by the student).
Note: In case of a refund, any processing fees will be withheld from the refunded amount.
7. Support During the Course
Throughout the program, you will have access to support from instructors and fellow students. Support includes participation in group discussions, Q&A sessions, and access to additional mentoring services to enhance your learning experience.
8. Pausing the Course
If you need to pause your training for any reason, please contact the Director of the academy to discuss your situation. We aim to provide flexible solutions to help you continue your coaching journey at your own pace.
9. Technical Issues
Goal Imagery® Coaching Academy is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or disruptions in service that may occur during the course. Students are advised to have a stable internet connection and reliable equipment to participate in online sessions.
10. Third-Party Accounts
Upon enrollment, students will receive access to a third-party Learning Portal, where all course activities will take place. No user accounts are created directly on the Goal Imagery® Coaching Academy website.
11. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Goal Imagery® Coaching Academy, including but not limited to course content, recorded lessons, and downloadable resources, are protected by intellectual property laws. Students are granted lifetime access to these materials for personal educational use only. Any unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or modification of course materials is strictly prohibited.
12. Changes or Cancellations by the Academy
In the event that Goal Imagery® Coaching Academy needs to cancel or modify a course schedule, students will be notified in advance. Any adjustments or cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and we will work with students to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
13. Privacy Policy
Our privacy practices are outlined in detail in the Privacy Policy available here. This policy governs the collection, use, and protection of your personal information.
14. Eligibility
Participation in Goal Imagery® Coaching Academy’s programs is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. By enrolling in our courses, you confirm that you meet the age requirement.
