Course Details

The course is taught by our internationally-acclaimed team of ICF MCC Coaches / Accessors with a long-standing team coaching experience in both corporate and non-for-profit sectors in various industries including coaching sales, educational, and IT teams.

This Course Includes:

– Intensive focus on all 8 ICF Core Competencies in Team Coaching
– 60 + hours of team coaching education (30 hours of live Zoom lessons over 10 weeks, plus 30+ hours of homework)
– 3-hour LIVE (on Zoom) weekly sessions with 2 MCC Coaches/ICF Assessors
– 3+ hours of weekly homework include educational videos by MCC coaches about different team coaching models, conflict resolution techniques in team coaching, and other concepts effectively utilized in team coaching
– Lifetime access to an online portal with educational videos, templates, and other learning materials
– Team Coaching practice with MCC instructors
– 5+ hours of coaching supervision
– Various ready-to-use templates, including the Team Coaching Contract
