What’s Changing

As of January 2027, the International Coaching Federation is shifting from assessor-based evaluation of coaching recordings to mentor coach evaluation through a new qualification: ICF Mentor Coaching Specialization (MCS).

All learning materials are included and based on current ICF standards and Mentor Coaching Competencies, including evaluation criteria used at ACC, PCC, and MCC levels.

This program fulfills the ICF training requirement for the Mentor Coaching Specialization (MCS) qualification.
