✔ Distinguish between ACC, PCC, and MCC-level coaching with clarity
✔ Deliver clear developmental and evaluative feedback
✔ Support coaches’ growth across multiple sessions
✔ Learn directly from experienced ICF portfolio assessors working across credential levels
41 hours total:
- 21 hours live
- 20 hours applied practice
All learning materials are included and based on current ICF standards and Mentor Coaching Competencies, including evaluation criteria used at ACC, PCC, and MCC levels.
